We make your restaurant menu and wine list
We guide you through the design process and respect your taste, so your menu looks like you and is truly unique.
A few tips for your new menu
A great menu should:
- Reflect your brand image.
- Be a great salesperson: an attractive, welcoming showcase.
- Fit perfectly with your setting and your target clientele.
- Increase your profits by selling more of your menu's profit centres.
Step one: identify your profit centres
Define a strategy: how to sell more appetizers, wine, desserts or after-dinner drinks. Write a first draft of your menu text using the font sizes you will need (10 pt minimum, even for notes). Once you know how much space your menu needs, add 25% so it looks pleasant and airy.
Suit your clientele
Depending on the clientele you want to reach (family, upscale, trendy, etc.), choose how your pages are held: vinyl sleeves, four corners, horizontal bands and more. Then, based on your restaurant's style and budget, choose the type of cover: rigid or soft, printed or laminated, leatherette, vinyl or window card.
How to get the best result
- Always start from the inside (what you have to sell), then decide on the size of your menu. Consider table size and lighting. Menus that read at a glance sell more.
- Sell your dishes, not your prices. Prices should never jump off the page; your profit centres should.
- Avoid standard formats: your restaurant isn't standard, it's unique.
