1. How many pages does your menu have?
The number of “views” is the number of pages visible once the menu is open.
- Menu on 2 pages: a 2-view cover shows your whole menu at a glance.
- Larger menu: go for a 4 to 8-view model, or the Triplet for three panels side by side.
- Multi-page menu or wine list: choose a screw-bound menu like the Chicago or the Prestige (up to 22 views).
2. How often do you change your menu?
If your prices or dishes change often, choose a model with easily replaceable pages:
- Elastic cord (Contemporary, Bordeaux): slide in a new page in seconds.
- Drawer (Drawer, Butterfly): ideal for laminated pages.
- Half page (Palace): for daily specials or a prix fixe without reprinting the whole menu.

3. Which material should you choose?

4. How should your logo appear?
A logo turns a standard cover into a branding tool. Depending on the model, it can be:
- embossed, blind or in 1 colour, on most menu covers;
- printed or hot-stamped, on diploma holders, check presenters and binders;
- debossed or laser-engraved on a plate: quoted on request.
